Solve Win2003 web server can not upload large files

can not upload large files "Request object error ASP 0104: 80004005" or after successfully uploaded, the file name can not be found

Solution:

first open Internet information services (IIS) Manager

(local computer) ---- ---- attribute allows direct editing configuration database (N)
