Windows 10 10159 preview version how to open Hyper-V?

windows7 and above have their own virtual machine name Hyper-V, which is equivalent to the well-known VMware. The win10 10159 version of the system has a slight change, then how to open the virtual machine in win10 10159 version?
1, move the mouse to the start icon, right click (note: right button, not left button!!!).

2. Click on “Control Panel”.

3. Click on “Program”.

4. Click on “Enable or disable windows function”.

5. Check "Hyper-V" to confirm.

7. After completion, close and restart the computer.

8. After rebooting, click “Start” (Note: this time is the left button!), select all programs.
