How to add shortcuts to the Win10 system start menu

The Start menu is useful for us to operate the computer. Just open the Start menu and you will find many of the software and applications we want to operate. However, sometimes we encounter some software and applications that are not on the start menu. How can we add them to the start menu? Now let's take the control panel as an example.
The taskbar blank right-click the property start menu tab, click the “custom” button, then check the system shortcut you want in the list of open windows, then you will see the control panel in the left column of the start menu. The options are gone.
