Win7 error 0x00000040 solution

Fault reason:
Through the blue screen code text description, we learned that the blue screen is caused by the network name can not be used (conflict).
Response:
(If you can't enter the system, press F8 at the beginning and then enter safe mode to operate)
1. After entering the system, press WIN+R, then enter “On the run” ;ncpa.cpl” Enter;
