After booting the computer into Windows 7, right-click the "Computer" icon, select "Properties" from the shortcut menu that pops up, go to the "System" option, and then click "Advanced System Settings" on the left. "", the "System Properties" dialog box is displayed, then click the "Advanced" tab, click "Settings" in the "Startup and Recovery" group, the "Startup and Recovery" dialog box will pop up, click the "System Startup" tab. In the drop-down list of the "default operating system" item, there are two startup items - "early version of Windows" and "Windows 7", I chose "early version of Windows".

In addition, the default time to display "Windows Startup Manager" is 30 seconds. If you think it is too long, check "Show time for recovery option when needed" and change the time to 5 seconds. Click "OK" to return to the "System Properties" dialog box, then click "OK", click the close button in the upper right corner to exit the settings. Restart after completion, the default option is the earlier version of Windows.

Tip: The system startup sequence is invalid in the earlier version of Windows. You must log in to Windows 7 and modify it in Windows 7.
