Two methods for encrypting WPS documents under Windows 7 Ultimate system

Method one,

1. First open a WPS document in win7 system, then save the document as, pop-up "Save as" Option, click on the lower right corner & ldquo; Encrypt & rdquo; button;

2, click the encryption button, a dialog box will pop up, and then in the "Open File Password" and "Re-enter Password" box Enter the password for the document and click “OK” Save it.

Method 2,

1. Open a WPS document and click on the “WPS text” in the upper left corner, then click on “Options”;

In the option window that opens, click on “Security” on the left, enter the password for the document in the “Open File Password” and “Retype Password” box, and then click “OK” .
