Expand to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESystemCurrentControlSetControlPrintMonitors and remove any subkeys that are not the following key values: Br>

BJ Language Monitor

Local Port

Microsoft Document Imaging Writer Monitor

PJL Language Monitor

Standard TCP/IP Port

USB Monitor

Windows NT Fax Monitor

AppleTalk Printing Devices

LPR Port

Microsoft Shared Fax Monitor

WSD Port

Close registration Editor

Delete any files and subfolders in the following folder:

C:Windowssystem32spooldriversw32x862

C:Windowssystem32spooldriversw32x863

If only C:Windowssystem32spooldriversw32x863 Just delete it and ——

Restart your computer and test the printer.
