Restore point intelligent automatic creation

When the operating system enters the Windows 7 era, it uses Ghost mode to restore and restore. After system restore is enabled in Windows 7, it automatically creates a restore point (the default period is one day). The more restore points, the less hard disk space will be. We can consider making Windows 7 automatically create a more "smart" restore point, and the system will create a restore point for a longer time by default, which saves space on the hard disk.

Windows 7 does not automatically create restore points by default, you must manually open the relevant services. Run the registry and expand to the following branch: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microso/Windows NT/CurrentVersion/SystemRestore.

Then find and double-click "RPSessionInterval" in the right window, you can see in the pop-up window that the system default is "0" (in seconds, decimal).

To make it easy to convert, please select "decimal" and then the value "172800".

"172800" stands for 172,800 seconds, which is two days. If you want Windows 7 to create a restore point every three days, enter "259200" in decimal. And so on.
