How to set up the details of the Win7 system network printer

1. First open the task manager of the computer and find the device and printer options.

2. Click on the device and printer options to enter the device and printer interface.

3. Click the right mouse button to bring up the menu options. There are printer options in the menu options.

4. Click the Add Printer option to bring up the Add Printer window. There are two options, one is to add a local printer and the other is to add a network, wireless or bluetooth printer. Here we choose to add a local printer.

5. Click the Add Local Printer option, the window will jump to the Select Printer Port interface, select Create a new port here, and select the standard TCP/IP port for the port type.

6. Click Next to enter the printer hostname or IP address window and enter the printer's IP address.

7. Click Next to go to the Detect TCP/IP Port screen.

8. After the system detects that the TCP/IP port settings are correct, it will automatically jump to the installation of the printer driver interface.
