Win7 can't be used after installing hp1020 printer.

1. Right click on the computer, then click <;Manage”;

2. In the pop-up interface, click “Device Manager ”——“Universal Serial Bus Controller", then right click on "USB Printing Support" <; In the drop down menu that appears, click "Uninstall" to perform the uninstall operation;

3. Click on “Devices and Printers”. If there is a 1020 printer, right click and select “Delete Device”. Delete the residual information;

4. In the “Devices and Printers” page, select a printer at random, click the icon, and click “Print Server Properties” in the upper part of the page.

5. In the pop-up page, click the “Driver” button to select the “HP LaserJet1020” printer, click the “Delete” button in the lower part;

6. Unplug the printer USB cable Plug, restart the computer;

7, double-click to run "HP printer driver lj1020-HB-pnp-win32-sc.exe" file (can be downloaded from HP official website), install, until the system prompts to open USB Plug in the printer USB plug;

8, complete the installation, OK!
