1. Click the Start menu, click “ Control Panel”;

2. Select “Category” in the upper right corner of the "View by” drop-down menu, click below "Clock, Language, and Region";

3. Click "Change keyboards or other input methoos" ;;

4, switch to <;keyboards and Languages" Click below <;Change Keyboards...”;

5, switch to “Ladnguage Bar”, click below “Docekd in the taskbar”, then check the "Show additional Language bar icons in the taskbar>; and finally click OK— OK.
