Win8.1 version of Xbox music upgrade

Windows 8.1 platform Xbox Music (Xbox Music) ushered in a small feature upgrade. After this update, Xbox Music has been added: it automatically hides the title bar when scrolling, drags songs/album to create playlists, reorders playlists, and more. Currently, the Xbox music version number has been upgraded to 2.2.704.
