After upgrading Win8.1, "Your windows 8.1 installation can not be completed" solution

After upgrading Win8.1 through the app store, after an update for a period of time, an error occurred "Your Windows 8.1 installation could not be completed", there is no error code. Click “try again” can't continue to update, you must go back to the app store, click again to download the update.
