Teach you to modify the Windows 8 system to safely remove the USB device and turn off the USB power

If you are using Windows 7 or Windows 8, you will find that the USB device's indicator light is still on after the USB device is safely removed. This will confuse us: Is there a safe removal of the USB device? The main reason for this is that the default setting for Windows 7 is to keep the connection and power the USB device after the USB device is removed. Turn off the USB power after safely removing the USB device:

Open the run window with Win+R shortcut and type regedit to open the registry.

Then click Edit ——New ——,

Name the newly created item HubG and create a DWORD (32-bit) value for the item. The value is called DisableOnSoftRemove,

Right-click the value, select Modify,

Change the value data to 1, then OK,

Now after you safely remove the USB device, The indicator of the USB device will turn off.
