Second, connect the router to the Internet

Connect to the router to access the Internet, this prompt, prove that the machine has obtained an IP address (the internal network is connected properly, but can not access the external network), the system is faulty, the router has Fault, the network cable is faulty, the cat is faulty, etc.

Solution:

First, dial-up Internet

1. Update the machine network card driver (Lenovo official website download update)

2. Check whether the machine network card settings are Normal (Control Panel - Network and Internet - Network and Sharing Center)

3. Start---Run---cmd (ipconfig/release release existing ip address) (ipconfig/renew Regain the new IP address)

4. Check if the network cable is connected, and the cat indicator is normal (a total of 4 indicators, 3 are always on, one is blinking is normal)

5. Call the customer (Netcom 10010, Telecom 10000) to see if the debt is owed, whether the external network is connected.
