Icon Management in the notification area under Windows 8

1. First click the "arrow" at the tray on the right side of the taskbar, then select “Customize...”Open the notification area management window;

2, or open the control panel - select " notification area icon ";

3, you can set the icon of the notification area;

4, there are three states to choose;

5, you can also set the system icon, as shown in the figure to enable or disable the system icon;

6, you can set the system icon, as shown in the figure;

7 If checked, always display all notifications and icons on the taskbar;
