Windows 8 developer account registration process:

1. Open the MSDN Chinese website, click & ldquo; Windows & rdquo; button

2. Enter Windows development Center Home, click the Windows Store app page in the navigation bar

3. Go to the Windows Store app page and click on the dashboard page in the navigation bar

4. Enter your Microsoft account. If you don't have a Microsoft account, you can select “Register now”

5. After logging in, you will be asked to verify the security of your computer. Please submit the verification code as required.

10.Go to the “Payment” page, please fill in your credit card information and click on the step

11 Go to the “Buy” page, please confirm your order, if it is correct, please click to buy

12. Go to the “Thank you” page, you are now a Windows App Store developer. Please click Continue to go to your dashboard

13. On the Dashboard page, click “Verify payment method  to verify your credit card information

14.Your mobile phone will receive To a text message about credit card spending records, please enter the actual displayed amount into the "transaction amount" space below, and click Next to complete the payment account verification
