How to disable EFS encryption function in Windows8 system

My computer
is Win8 system, when my girlfriend played a few days ago, I don’t know how to use EFS encryption for me, which made me a lot of things. Can't open it, how to disable EFS encryption in Windows
8?

Operation steps

1, enter the "Run" method. Press the "Windows” and " X " keys on the keyboard at the same time, and click "Run”.

2, type secpol.msc, left click “OK”.

3. Double-click “Public Policy", right-click “Encrypt File System", left-click “Properties”.

4. In the "General" tab, set “Use Encrypted File System (EFS) File Encryption" set to “not allowed”, left button Click “OK" to disable the EFS encryption operation.
