Win10 PC/Mobile Creators Quick Preview Edition 14959 Today Push

Microsoft today pushed Windows 10 Mobile/PC Preview Build 14959 to Fast Channel Insider members. Today's version has more improvements, bug fixes and other minor changes on the surface.
