Windows 10 cumulative update KB3140745 will always cause the installation failure and the solution

Microsoft recently officially pushed the Windows10 10240 cumulative update KB3140745. 1. Temporary files can be deleted.

Delete the contents of the DataStore folder and the contents of the Download folder under C:\\Windows\\SoftwareDistribution.

Double-click to open the "Windows Update" service.
