The correct way to completely remove the printer completely from the Win7 system

  

The user of Win7 system said that after the printer is deleted, the printer will be installed automatically after a refresh, and it cannot be deleted. So how can we completely remove the printer? In fact, the most important thing is to completely remove the printer driver.

Steps to completely remove the printer:

1. Click on the “Start menu” and select “Devices & Printers”;

2. Select you To delete the printer, and then click on the "Printer Server Properties" on the menu, as shown below:

3. After the print server properties are popped up, switch to the "Drivers” tab, Then select the printer you want to delete, click the “delete” button below;

4. In the pop-up selection window, select “delete driver and driver package”, then Click OK;

5, after the completion, we will return to the "Devices and Printers" window, right click on the printer to delete.

The above steps are to completely remove the printer and driver, and the printer will not be installed automatically when it is refreshed!
