1, General method:

Open [Control Panel] - [Region and Language], click [Change Keyboard] under [Keyboard and Language] tab, as follows Figure:

2. Command Method

Click [Start], enter CMD in the search box under all programs, and open the command prompt.

Copy below and paste it at the command prompt and press

reg add HKCU\\Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Run /v "ctfmon.exe" /t REG_SZ /d " ;C:\\WINDOWS\\system32\\ctfmon.exe" /f
