Win7 desktop background is always modified how to lock it so that others can modify it at will

  

User question: Sometimes the desktop is always being changed. Is there any way to make it impossible for others to change the desktop background? The deep technology Win7 Ultimate system is used.

Ink dye warm heart solution: You can use the Win7 system registry to lock the desktop background, thus solving the problem of the desktop background being modified.

The specific steps are as follows:

1. Press the Windows logo key and R combination key on the keyboard, as shown in Figure 1:

2. In the “Run” window, type regedit and click “OK” to open the Registry Editor, as shown in Figure 2:

3. In the Open “Registry Editor" window, open HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Policies, select the Policies item, press the right mouse button, select &ldquo in the right-click menu bar ; New & rdquo; → & ldquo; Item & rdquo;, as shown in Figure 3:

4. Name the newly created item "ActiveDesktop", press the keyboard after inputting The enter key on the top or click on the other blank space with the left mouse button. As shown in Figure 4:

5. Select the "ActiveDesktop" option, then press the right mouse button in the blank space of the right window and select in the right-click menu bar. “New & rdquo;→“DWORD (32-bit) value (D)”, as shown in Figure 5:

6. Name the newly created item NoChangingWallPaper. After inputting, press the enter key on the keyboard or use the left mouse button to click on other blanks, as shown in Figure 6: Br> Figure 6 Named NoChangingWallPaper

7. Select the “NoChangingWallPaper” item, press the right mouse button, and select “Edit” in the right-click menu bar, as shown in Figure 7:

8. In the pop-up "Edit DWORD (32-bit) value" window, change the value data to "1" and click "OK", as shown in Figure 8. Show:

9. Close the registry editor, restart The computer is fine.

[Tips] If you want to unlock the desktop background, you can change the value of the previous NoChangingWallPaper to 0, and then restart the computer to unlock.
