Microsoft Appoints New CFO

Computer Store News: Microsoft today announced the appointment of former CFO Amy · and Amy Hood as the new CFO.

Three weeks ago, Microsoft CFO Peter & Bull; Peter Klein left, Amy · Hood took over. Klein had been in office for four years.

Hud is 44 years old and joined Microsoft in 2002. Prior to this, she worked at Goldman Sachs, where she graduated from Harvard University with a master's degree in business administration.

Klein will remain at Microsoft until June to help hand over. Klein said that she wanted to spend more time with her family.

The reason why Microsoft replaced the CFO may be because the decline in PC sales has affected the company's performance.
