Use the system startup option to find the problem
  1. Click Start and then Run, type msconfig in the Open box, and then click OK.
  2. Click the General tab and then click Select Startup.
  3. Click the checkbox below to clear it:

    Processing the SYSTEM.INI file
    Processing WIN.INI file
    Loading system services
    You will not be able to clear the original BOOT.INI check frame.

  4. To test the software loading process, make sure the Load startup items check box is selected, and then click OK.
  5. Restart the computer as prompted.
