Three aspects of Vista system optimization settings

For everyone, the Windows Vista operating system is always unsatisfactory, such as UAC, disk performance, network performance and so on. Below I will describe the setting and optimization summary of the above three aspects introduced by Jonathan Schlaffer as follows.
TweakUAC
1. UAC: Actually, dealing with UAC is not just about turning off a method. In addition to turning on full-featured UAC and turning off UAC, we can also turn on UAC (using its security function) and let it be Work in "quiet" mode. We need to use the TweakUAC tool.
Faster Disk Performance
2. Faster disk performance: Valid only for SATA disks. Before writing to the disk, Vista will use the memory as a cache. The risk is that a sudden power failure will cause this part of the data to be lost.
Run "cmd" with administrator privileges
3. Accelerate network file performance: It may be due to system design reasons, causing network file operation speed to decrease. You can run "cmd" with administrator privileges and execute
netsh int tcp Set global autotuninglevel=disabled
Command, disable Vista's "Auto Tuning" function, enable this command:
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal
