Completely lossless. Explain how the Vista system is partitioned

Many branded machines with pre-installed vista operating system are still the same as before. Only one C-disk can be used by everyone. At present, our commonly used third-party disk management tools cannot manage the disk of vista system. Many users use it. Other software partitions cause disk partition table corruption, even hidden partition corruption, causing system crashes. The following describes how to use the vista system disk management tool to redistribute disk space and allocate the extra space of the C disk to the D disk.

Click Start → Control Panel

open Administrative Tools

Open the Computer Management
current partition status:

Hide Partition: 4.88GB (no drive letter)
Primary partition: 86.50GB (C drive)
Extended partition: 57.66GB (D drive)
Right click on the C drive, select compressed volume

Right click on the C drive and select the compressed volume
In the pop-up dialog box, select the size of the space to be split and click Compress. (The size of the available compression space indicates the space that is split up at most).
If you add the split space to the extended partition, you need to rebuild the extended partition, right click on the D drive and select Delete Volume. (If the extended partition has other logical partitions, it needs to be deleted as well). Note: This will completely delete the data in the extended partition, but will not affect the system files in the primary partition. (Alternatively, you can choose to create a new partition directly from the partitioned space, right-click on the unallocated area, select New Simple Volume to create the partition, and no need to operate on the extended partition.)
