Windows 2008 system and XP system use the same cache space together

Now, many of my friends have installed Windows Server 2008 and Windows XP on their computers. In the absence of sound, they will draw a portion of the space from the local computer's disk as a "virtual cache." Obviously, this will consume a lot of disk space capacity. In the case where the local computer disk space is very limited, this phenomenon can easily drag down the running performance of the entire system. In fact, with the following settings, we can use the same cache space between Windows Server 2008 and Windows XP, which can save valuable local disk space:

First open Windows Server 2008 system "Start" menu, click the "Settings", "Control Panel" option, in the pop-up system control panel window, double-click the "System" icon to open the system property settings window;

Secondly in the In the list on the left side of the settings window, click the "Advanced System Settings" button to enter the advanced system property settings page, click the "Settings" button at the "Performance" position of the page to open the performance option settings dialog box of the corresponding system; Br>

Continue to click the “Advanced” tab in the dialog box. Click the “Settings” button at the “Virtual Memory” location in the pop-up Advanced Label Settings page to open the Settings dialog box and set the “Auto” Manage paging file size for all drives" Uncheck to uncheck and then select the disk installation where the Windows Server 2008 system is located Zone, at the same time, select the "no paging file" option under the partition, and then click the "Settings" button next to the option to delete the paging file enabled by default in Windows Server 2008 system;

Next, select the disk partition where the Windows XP system is located, and select the "Custom Size" option under the partition, and manually set the size of the virtual cache. Finally, click the "OK" button to save the above settings. Once Windows Server 2008 and Windows XP systems can use the same virtual cache space in the future, the running performance of Windows Server 2008 system can be guaranteed to a certain extent.
