After double-clicking, it will display a software license, then automatically extract the file at the specified location, and finally execute the software automatically. In fact, RAR's automatic decompression file can achieve this function. • Software Decryption Package - Software Decryption requires copying many files to the installation directory to overwrite the original file. The cumbersome operation is very suitable for making automatic decryption packages. • Automatic Demonstration Package - Using PowerPoint to package functions will generate many files and make an automatic presentation package. Convenient presentation and document management • Customer information package - When your customers don't understand the computer, double-click the data to automatically extract the executed files, which you and your customers will like. Of course, listed above Only the author sums up the use according to his own understanding, and its advantage is that one can integrate a large number of files into one, easy to manage; the second can make the compressed package automatically decompress automatically according to the preset settings, without repeating the selection repeatedly ,easy to use. Inside a folder, then select all and click the "Add to Compressed Files" option in the right-click menu. RAR can automatically detect which partition the current operating system is installed on, ie if your XP is installed in the E partition, then the file will eventually be automatically extracted into the E:ProgramFilesFpinger directory, which is a very useful feature for friends who have installed multiple systems. • “Mode” This is mainly used to set how to process the decompressed file after it encounters the file with the same name at the destination and whether to display the default information for adjustment. As shown in Figure 4, the meaning of "quiet mode" is whether to display the default decompression path and other information during the entire decompression process. Since the decryption package is created, "all hidden" is selected, that is, no prompt window is displayed. "Overlay mode" is better understood. Similarly, for our decryption package, it should be overwritten directly when it encounters the file with the same name, so select "Overwrite all files". Figure 4 • “Text and Icons” As the name implies, this is to set the reminder information and the decompression package icon when decompressing. As shown in Figure 5, the “self-extracting file window title” will appear in the title bar during decompression. The "displayed text" will appear at the RAR's decompression prompt.
