WinXP Tips - Move My Documents

  
        In Windows XP, the default "My Documents" storage location is in the system disk. If we don't need to reinstall the system, then of course it will not affect our normal use. But if we want to reinstall the system, it will take a lot of time to back up the "My Documents" folder that stores a lot of data, and sometimes there is no chance of backup after the system crashes. Watching the loss of important information.

In fact, the best solution is to "My Documents" store to another partition, so do not be afraid to lose data when reinstall the system. How to move?

First right click on the "Start" menu or the "My Documents" icon on the desktop, and select "Properties" from the pop-up menu. The dialog shown in Figure 1 pops up.
