No passwords also enter the shared folder

If your colleague (or leader, huh, huh) is not very good at taking down too long a password, how do you assign a password-free user to your machine, so that the user can access you by entering the username? What resources does he allocate? Right click on "My Computer", then select "Manage", then select "Computer Management (Local) → System Tools" → "Local Users and Groups → Users" on the left, right click on the blank space in the right window, select "New User", set the username (such as abc). Next, right click on the guest, select "Set Password", set a password for it in the Open window, and enable this account. Next, open the "Group Policy" editor on this computer, find "Computer Configuration → Windows Settings → Security Settings → Local Policies → Security Options", then double-click "Account: Local account with blank password is only allowed in the right window" Log in to the console and set it to "disabled" in the open window (see Figure 1). Next, open the "Explorer" on this machine, and then select "Tools → Folder Options", click the "View" tab, and then cancel "remove simple file sharing ( Recommended)" before the small hook (Figure 2).
Figure 2
Right click on a shared folder, select "Share and Security", select "Share this folder", then click the "Permissions" button, delete all users in the open window . Click the "Add" button to add abc users, and then set the appropriate access rights at the bottom.

this way, when people log on to the machine, just enter a user name abc, without entering a password, you can see your shared resources specifically set up for him. By entering a different username and password, you can only log in to the machine, but you cannot open the shared folder. He couldn't think of seeing the username of this folder, and he wouldn't even think of a password! This way our resources will be safer.
