Problem analysis: In the past, Partition Magic was often used to merge and split hard disk partitions. This situation did not occur. This time, the file partition table may be damaged during the merge process, so the E disk Important files cannot be read, but the contents of the file are not damaged. They can be retrieved by other software.

Resolution process: Since Ghost can generate an image file for the entire hard disk or partition, GhostExp can extract any file from the image file, so we can use Ghost.exe and GhostExp.exe. Retrieve the file.

The specific operation is as follows:

1. Generate a mirror file from Ghost.exe and save it in other partitions or hard disks;

2. Under Windows Run GhostExp.exe, open the image file just generated, you can see that the files of the first two partitions are displayed in a few places;

3. Select the file to be restored, right click and select " Restore command, in the pop-up dialog box, select the location to restore, and then click "Restore".

4. Repeat the above process to recover all the required files.
