How does Windows XP add and remove Chinese input methods?

(1) Increase the Chinese character input method.

Step 1: On the Windows XP desktop, move the mouse to the right end of the taskbar and click on the “Language Bar”. The input method menu pops up on the screen.

Step 2: Click "Options" - "Settings" in the "Language Bar" and the "Text Service and Input Language" dialog box appears.

Step 3: Click "Add" and the "Add Input Language" dialog box appears.

Step 4: Click the drop-down button in the "Keyboard Layout/Input Method" drop-down list box and select a Chinese character input method as needed.

Step 5: Click "OK" to return to the "Text Service and Input Language" dialog box, then click "OK" to close the dialog box and add the completion.

(2) Delete the Chinese character input method.

The first step and the second step are the same as "adding Chinese character input method".

Step 3: In the "Text Service and Input Language" dialog box, select the Chinese character input method to be deleted, and click "Delete" to delete the selected Chinese character input method.

Step 4: Click "OK" to close the "Text Service and Input Language" dialog box and delete it.

Step 5: Click the "Input Method Selection" button in the "Language Bar" on the desktop, you can see that the Chinese input method just deleted is no longer available.
