        There are 2 solutions (please try in order):
Method 1:
Start" Run Open Run menu Enter chkdsk /f
Don't ignore the information it prompts directly Y then enter
Next Restart the computer (to ensure that the problematic hard drive or mobile hard drive and the computer are in the link state)
The computer will automatically detect the disk error just wait for it
Method 2: File recovery with external software
This is We need to use Easy Recovery Pro (hereinafter referred to as ER)
First open ER Click data recovery option

Then select Advanced Recovery to select the partition under your problem disk
You can see what is the drive letter of my computer, such as D drive, then you choose D drive

Next, select Restore to local hard disk in the recovery directory option in the dialog box that appears. Click Browse to select the partition where you want to store the damaged partition file. For example, if the D disk has a problem, restore the D disk data to the E disk. At this point I can choose E disk
