Sublime Text 3 Beta 3019 Features Overview

Build 3019 has been available for download to registered users. Some highlights of Sublime Text 3 beta: Jump to the previous position/next position – Jumping to the previous position allows you to jump to the previous edit position. This is related to the definition: you can check the symbol definition and quickly jump to the previous position. The default shortcut to jump to the previous location is Alt+Minus.

Improve HTML editing – Improve HTML auto-completion and now auto-complete for tag attributes. When entering retina performance – Sublime Text is now particularly smooth on the retina display, even in the highest resolution mode.

Large file loading – Large plain text files, such as log files, are now significantly faster to load, reducing the load time to 1/2 to 1/3 of the original, and the performance of different platforms is not the same. Note that for files that require syntax highlighting, there is only a small increase in loading speed due to the regular matching bottleneck.

Equivalent API – Sublime Text 3 has a full 2 ​​APIs, plus some new ones. New features in 3019 include each command callback, resource loading API. See the API Reference for details. Note that Sublime Text 3 supports all APIs in Sublime Text 2. The plugin is not source compatible by default and needs to be ported.
