Introduction to Linux operating system network configuration process under virtual machine

1. Use the Vnet-PPPoE connection for Internet access for sharing. At this time, the local connection ip is automatically changed to 192.168.0.1

2, select the bridge in the virtual machine's Ethernet 4 connection

3, log in with the root account, use netconfig on the terminal Configure IP: 192.168.0.2. Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0

Gateway: 192.168.0.1 As for DNS (in the real machine, enter cmd with ipconfig -all to get the real machine. Real machine Internet DNS, this is the virtual machine DNS to use for Internet access)

4, use service network restart to make the configuration just take

5, use ifconfig to check whether the configuration is correct

6, then use ping Check if the network is connected, so if you can access the Internet, the Linux on the virtual machine can be pulled online. Of course, you need to dial the real machine to access the virtual machine before you can get it.

Note: Generally, the real machine can ping the virtual machine, but the ping does not come out. At this time, you need to turn off the firewall on your real machine.
