IIS Load Rewrite.dll Unsuccessful Red Arrow Down Solution

After loading the rewrite module, the upward green arrow is not displayed, but the red arrow is down. Unsuccessful loading!

According to personal experience, this is mostly a question of directory permissions.

Related methods are as follows:

1.Rewrite folder must have the default permissions of the users group, online also said to add two permissions, personally feel unnecessary, all Create a security risk!

2. Add everyone to the Rewrite folder, give all permissions

3. Add the IIS_WPG user to the Rewrite folder, giving default permissions
