When the Windows 2003 server is installed on the server and the firewall is ready to be opened, the following prompt appears: "The Windows Firewall cannot be run because another program or a running service may be using the Network Address Translation component (Ipnat.sys)." What is the reason? How can I get it to run, and now I can't ping this server with another machine, but it can ping other machines. What is the reason?

a. Control Panel => Administrative Tools => Routing and Remote Access Disable local

b. View Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) startup service in the service
