How to open and close FSO file read and write permissions in Windows

Enter the following command in the DOS command line state: BR> Close command: RegSvr32 /u C:\\WINDOWS\\SYSTEM\\scrrun.dll
Open command: RegSvr32 C:\\WINDOWS\\SYSTEM\\scrrun.dll

win2000 system:
in CMD command Enter the following command:
Close command: RegSvr32 /u C:\\WINNT\\SYSTEM32\\scrrun.dll
Open command: RegSvr32 C:\\WINNT\\SYSTEM32\\scrrun.dll

Windows 2003 :
In the MS-DOS state, type:
Close the command: Regsvr32 /uc:\\windows\\system32\\scrrun.dll
Open the command: Regsvr32 c:\\windows\\system32\\scrrun.dll

Windows XP::
Type
Close command in "Start → Run": regsvr32 /u scrrun.dll
