When you need to pay attention to the relocation of the engine room, you have participated in the relocation of the factory room. There are many things in the middle. I personally think that if a factory or a company wants to relocate, please pay attention to the following aspects: >

1: Before the relocation, you must first determine the IP address of the new computer room. The company's external domain name needs to be backed up and transferred before relocation. For example, the company's original line is the main line of telecommunications, and the new machine room is the line of Netcom. Then, before the server room server is moved, the domain name should be transferred first, but the backup line is added. Assume that the original domain name is 202.96.128.58 of the WWW service corresponding to contoso.com, and the MX of Email corresponds to 202.96.128.59 of the telecom. In order to ensure the normal operation of the service during the relocation process, you can apply for an alternate. The WWW record points to the new IP, and if the mail is sent, an MX record can be added. The IP points to 221.4.66.67 of Netcom in the new computer room, but its priority value should be set larger than the original MX record. This will ensure that the mail server is not affected by the line during the migration process.

2: Determine the order of the servers during the relocation. If the relocation work lasts for a long time, consider the network communication problem between the original equipment room and the new equipment room. And depending on the severity of the business, determine which server room the important server is located in.

3: The new computer room is best connected to the UPS, and must have lightning protection devices. The air conditioner room with central air conditioning should also be equipped with independent air conditioner to ensure that the server can work normally during the maintenance of the central air conditioner.

4: Plan the placement of the cabinet before moving into the new machine room. Under normal circumstances, the distance behind the cabinet should be set aside for the future debugging. The cabinet should be aligned with the end of a single piece of anti-static floor. The trunking of the network should be just behind the cabinet, and the cabinet cannot be pressed on the line slot.

5: Behind the cabinets of some core switches and servers, several network cables should be reserved in the trunking for backup.

6: When the network is opened, it is necessary to label each network cable.

7: Remember to do security protection when the Internet is open, and install a firewall. If the firewall of the original equipment room cannot be migrated together in the early stage of relocation (the original organic room still has some business development), install one. PC is used as a temporary firewall.
8: UPS power supply should reserve a part of the company's personnel and positions with special tasks, such as fax room, computer department staff seat and company general manager seat.
9: Computer staff (technical support staff) seats should reserve more power interface and network interface; personnel in special positions should reserve more telephone lines. For example, the general manager's office may have three (internal lines, straight lines, faxes); the front desk should reserve five telephone lines for future use.
10: The cabinet should adopt the standard model (800*960), the width of the equipment room should be >=2.7m, otherwise the maintenance passage reserved later will be too small, or the front door will not open. Anti-static floor should also be based on the size of the room to the appropriate size of the floor.
11: The label of the network is best to use the digital type of the casing. It is difficult to organize and view the label type when it is online.
