Web server management series: 12, turn off the Ping command

Sometimes the website opening speed will be very slow, we need to use the Ping command to troubleshoot the fault, but the Windows Server 2008 firewall is turned off by default

We can open Ping

to open the firewall->Advanced Security:

Select Enable:

Remember to use After Ping Be sure to turn it off, because the DDos attack is by means of Ping

-l 65500 Send ECHO packets containing 65500 bytes of data

-n 100 Send 100 times ECHO please Packet

192.168.1.102 target ip

If more than one computer at the same time targeting a server using this command, the consequences could be disastrous.
