IIS pseudo-static (Rewrite) configuration graphic tutorial

  
        

Windows system, you must set up IIS support Rewrite.


Then start configuring IIS Rewrite
1, unzip the downloaded IIS Rewrite component and put it in the appropriate directory (such as C:\\Rewrite).


2, in & ldquo; IIS Manager & rdquo; in selecting the site, right, property.

3. Select “ISAPI”, click “Add”.

4. Fill in the filter name, such as “rewrite”.

5. Click on the executable file and click “Browse” to select the location of the Rewrite component that you just extracted, Rewrite.dll.

6. After confirming that the selection is correct, click “OK”.

7, click & ldquo; OK & rdquo;, complete the filter to add.

8. Restart IIS.





9, restart the IIS, the site selected again, right, attributes, shown below upwardly see green arrows, IIS Rewrite and run successfully added.



The final setting of the httpd.ini file
The above steps just set up IIS to support Rewrite, you need to set the site's pseudo-static, but also pseudo-static rules. In the extracted IIS Rewrite component directory (such as C:\\Rewrite), there is an httpd.ini file, and the corresponding pseudo-static rules can be written to this file.
