Uplay is Chinese-speaking, and in general, it is Chinese after installation. If you are not displaying Chinese, see the following small series to teach you how to change it to Chinese.

Click on the support in the lower left corner. Of course, if it is not Chinese, it is definitely not "Support", but there is an icon next to the support, we can judge whether it is support text according to it.

Then click on Help.

Click on the first “My question” on the left.

Click on the third of the four options “Ask a qestion”.

Follow the prompts to complete the information.

Be sure to fill in the email address that can be received on the ”email address<quo; option, because the customer service will send a right button to this mailbox.

After waiting for the customer service reply, you will get a reply within 24 hours.
