How does PPT give a picture with a pronunciation? How does PPT give a word with a pronunciation?

PPT in the office is very common, so how do you match the picture or word? When reading a new lesson in English, it is essential for students to follow the words. So, how do you pronounce a click when you click on a word in a courseware?

Let's follow the small series to see how ppt can match the picture or word:

1. First, we need to have the pronunciation of the word. If you have it on your computer, of course it's best. Otherwise, let's record them. Here is an example of internal recording: open the PPT, zoom one side, and open the software with the word sound. Here is Jinshan PowerWord as an example. Insert ——sound—— in the PPT to record the sound.

2. Press the red record button in the panel that appears. Move your mouse to the playback speaker of WordPad immediately. When playback is complete, press the stop button.

3, click the play button to listen, after the satisfaction, name the sound (I usually write the word name, when the recording sound is more, easy to find), press OK to save.

4. Now, we add pronunciation to the words. Write words in text boxes or word art. Select the word, in the upper toolbar, insert the —— action.

5, in the action settings panel that appears, click the mouse in the column, play the sound option, open the drop-down arrow, you can see that the sound just saved is already here. Just choose it.

6, play and try it. Looking at the Action Settings panel, we can also set different effects for it when the mouse is moved in and when the mouse is clicked.

Note:

Note the sound in the computer, at the bottom right of the desktop. In the speaker (system sound settings), right click, record a sound must choose "Stereo Mix".
