The disadvantages are naturally also, on the one hand, there is a need to create a large number of sub-folders, which inevitably have many duplicate photos, and because the location of the photos is scattered, search and management is not convenient. 2. Backup photos: Hard disk or CD 1 Traditional hard disk backup It is the easiest way to back up photos on the hard disk. The safer method is to use dual hard disk for backup. If there is no such condition, it should be done on different partitions. Backup, just use the mouse to drag and drop to copy the backup. Considering the simultaneous update of photos, you can manually synchronize them, or you can use third-party software such as QSyncToy and TC. It should be said that this management method has its advantages, because it will not cause files to spread throughout the hard disk, but also can simplify the search, management, backup, and restore, but the biggest disadvantage of this management method is that it can only represent a single Folder. Windows 7's "Library" manages files in a virtual view. Users can add folders from different locations on the hard disk to the counter and browse the contents of different folders in this unified view. For example, in the image library, right-click to open the “Image Properties” dialog box and click the “Include Folders” button to add the image folders located in different locations to the “Photo Gallery”.
