Use the two skills of Jinshan text

Jinshan is a powerful word processing software provided by WPS Office2003, a domestic excellent office portfolio. The author has accumulated some experience in the process of use, and wrote it down to share with everyone.

1. Creating a template that automatically indents text

When creating a new document using the default template provided by Kingsoft, we found that it does not implement automatic indentation of paragraph text, every time you click on the "Format" menu. The "Paragraph" command sets the "First Line" to "2" in the "Paragraph" settings dialog, as shown in Figure 1. I always feel a little trouble, in fact, we can save the set blank document as a template. Then click the "New" command in the "File" menu, find and select the template file you just saved, select the "Set as default template" check box, click the "OK" button to make the settings take effect. In this way, each time you open Jinshan text or click the "New" button in the toolbar, you can automatically indent the first line of the paragraph.

2. Eliminate pitting after image output

Many users have found that when printing a document with a dot matrix printer, there are always some pockmarks in the white part of the image, which seriously affects the appearance of the document. In fact, after we embed a picture in Jinshan text, right-click to open the "Object Properties" dialog box, switch to the "Image Effects" tab, and select the "Grayscale" check box, as shown in Figure 2. You can filter out the image of the white part so that the printed image does not see any pitting.
