Batch data extraction of CAD mechanical tutorial

In the new version of Haochen CAD mechanical software, the [Batch Data Extraction] function has been added. This function is independent from the project management system (P3DM) and can be very flexible. The BOM data extraction, output and summary processing of the title bar and schedule data of the completed assembly parts and their sub-components facilitates us to extract data quickly and conveniently. To call this function, we can click [Haochen Machinery] & mdash; [Auxiliary Tools] & mdash; [Batch Data Extraction], the software will pop up a dialog box (Figure 1)

In the dialog box, we can change the associated field configuration and data summary type. Among them, in the associated field configuration, since the principle of data extraction by Haochen CAD mechanical software is to follow the data extraction configuration, first select the appropriate extraction configuration template in the [Select Association Field Configuration] drop-down box.

In the [Data Summary Type], the [Title Bar Data Summary] option indicates that only the title bar data is aggregated, and the [Detail Table Data Summary] option indicates that only the summary table data is aggregated, [Merge Data Summary] The option indicates that the summary data is merged according to the association relationship between the title bar and the schedule.

After that, we click the [Select File] button, and the software will pop up a dialog box (Figure 2). Since the file is added in the same way as the [Automatic Map] file, it is no longer here. More than one.

After selecting the appropriate associated field configuration and adding a file, we will click the [Start Extracting Data] button, and the software will pop up the [Data Viewing Window] dialog box (Figure 3). > Figure 3

In the dialog box, we can not only delete, modify data, insert and delete rows, but also directly input data using various resources, such as: universal resources, general encoding, DWG file browsing, Extract table data, extract drawing text, Tianhe universal import, etc. The basic operation is the same as extracting table data.
