How to trim the Haochen CAD tutorial

In CAD design, we have a variety of trimming methods, each of which is designed with different design requirements. If we can choose the appropriate way in different situations, it will effectively improve the efficiency of drawing.

Haochen CAD2012 is one of the most popular CAD platform software in China. Below, we use Haochen CAD2012 as a tool to share my little pruning experience with a simple example.

Please see the picture below (Figure 1), which shows the effect of a mixed figure before and after trimming. In general, we have two ways to complete the trimming of this picture.

a manner:

1, the input command TR

2, and press Enter to select trim border (left in FIG. 2)

3. Select the trimmed object in turn until it is complete (as shown in Figure 2).

Second way:

1, the input command TR

2, the boundary is not selected, directly enter

3 , trim select objects, until completion (FIG. 3)

this is the most commonly two methods of embodiment, however, in this figure, the object through the trim border Many, manually selecting the object to trim is a bit more troublesome. So, is there a better way?

The answer is yes. Using the unique function of Haochen CAD2012, “Enhanced Cut”, we can complete the cut more conveniently. Please see our demo below:

1 Start the [Enhanced Cut] command

2. Select the trimming boundary (as shown in Figure 4).

3. Specify which side of the boundary you want to trim: In this example, we are in the circle click inside, which tells the system to cut out all disposable objects inner circle (Figure 4 Right)

4, then the system will automatically trim < Br>

As you can see, the enhanced cut can cut off the boundaries of the desired trim at once. Compared with the first two methods, the third method is obviously more convenient, especially when the objects passing through the trimming boundary are many and complex, and we need to trim all the objects, the advantage of this method will be more obvious.
