PPlive, PPStream play red and green flower screen solution

Recently, when I used PPlive, PPStream and UUSee to play movies on my computer, there was always a red and green screen on the bottom of the screen. Every program is the same. It can be judged that it is not software and signal. Question, but what is the reason?

Solution: Open the "Windows Meida Player" player and find "Tools" -> "Options" - > "Performance" -> "Video Acceleration", put the full slider in the middle (if not, adjust to none), OK. Then close Windows Meida Player, and then re-open PPlive or PPStream, see this time just fine! However, the picture is getting smaller, but it is much clearer. It seems that video acceleration is causing trouble.
