Cannot insert attachment solution in Outlook body

A long list of attachments, you have to drag the mouse up and down when viewing the text, why can't you insert the attachment gradually according to the body of the mail?

In fact, insert attachments in the message body can be achieved, but it needs to be changed from the default message format to HTML format RTF format. Take Outlook 2010 as an example, create a new message and switch to the Set Text Format tab. Check the RTF format in the format bar.
